Liberty University is one of the strongest Christian universities in the DC-Virginia - Maryland region holding firm to its evangelical foundational roots. Liberty provides education from the Christian worldview, with many courses, if not all, requiring students to integrate Biblical insights into research papers, regardless of religious background. As a result of its firm biblical culture, Liberty has produced unwavering leaders on many fronts in government, media, arts, and culture that continues to shape communities through the Word of God.
"After a brief tour of the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China, which showcased a vast array of Chinese history and art, students spent over an hour with the Embassy’s third-in-command, Minister Jing Quan. The senior Chinese official briefed students on the current relationship between China and the United States, stressed the importance of dialogue between nations, and opened the floor for questions, which ranged from COVID-19 policy, the Russia and Ukraine conflict, and the Taiwan issue." says the student group
