Pennsylvania Grandmother, 58, Places Third at Olympic Trials After Coming Out of Retirement

Michelle Rohl, a distance runner turned racewalker originally from Wisconsin, achieved third place at the Olympic trials in a sport she had retired from decades ago. Rohl previously represented Team USA in the 1992, 1996, and 2000 Olympic Games. After retiring to homeschool her five children, she made a remarkable comeback to secure her position at the trials, as reported by The Morning Call.
